1. What AceHit Sports is
AceHit Sports provides sports analytics, player-prop research, editorially reviewed picks, market information and a permanent results ledger. AceHit is an information service. We do not accept or place wagers, hold betting funds, operate a sportsbook, pay gambling winnings or act as a gambling operator.
Nothing on AceHit is a promise of profit, a guaranteed outcome, or financial, investment or gambling advice. Sports results and betting markets are uncertain by nature.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an AceHit account. If you use AceHit content in connection with sports wagering, you must also meet the legal wagering age and all other legal requirements in the jurisdiction where you are located.
You are solely responsible for determining whether viewing or acting on sports-wagering information is lawful where you live or are physically located.
3. Accounts and account security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised. Accounts are intended for individual use and may not be sold, transferred or shared to avoid membership limits.
4. Free and paid memberships
AceHit may offer Free access, recurring Rookie/Core and MVP/Full subscriptions, and a one-time 24-Hour MVP Pass. The exact price, billing interval and access level shown at checkout are the terms of the purchase you authorize.
Weekly and monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed recurring price until canceled. Unless a different date is shown at checkout, cancellation prevents future renewal and access continues through the period already paid for.
The 24-Hour MVP Pass is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. Its access window begins when successful payment is verified and ends 24 hours later.
5. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment processor. AceHit does not store full payment-card numbers. Refunds and subscription cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Odds, data and published picks
Sportsbook odds, lines, player availability, schedules and other market information can change quickly. A line or price shown by AceHit may no longer be available when you view it or attempt to place a wager elsewhere.
AceHit records published picks and verified results to promote transparency. Historical performance does not guarantee future results. A winning or losing outcome does not change the informational nature of the service.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use AceHit to:
- resell, republish or commercially redistribute paid AceHit content without written permission;
- share paid account access or systematically copy premium picks for distribution to others;
- scrape, crawl or automate access in a way that burdens the service or bypasses access controls;
- attempt to defeat authentication, membership restrictions or other security measures;
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
8. Intellectual property
AceHit branding, site design, written analysis, proprietary scoring, editorial presentation and other original content are owned by AceHit Sports or used with permission. Third-party sports, team, sportsbook and data-provider names remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep AceHit available and accurate, but data feeds, hosting, payment services and other third-party systems can experience delays or outages. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance or product operation.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, attempts to bypass access controls, chargeback abuse or activity that threatens the service or other users. Any legally required consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility
AceHit is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AceHit Sports is not responsible for wagering losses, decisions made using our information, unavailable sportsbook lines, third-party outages or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms as AceHit evolves. When changes are material, we will update the date shown on this page and provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
