Depending on how you use AceHit, we may receive:
- account information such as email address, display name and account identifiers;
- authentication and security information needed to sign you in and protect your account;
- membership and entitlement information, including plan level and access dates;
- billing identifiers and subscription status received from our payment processor;
- support messages and information you choose to provide when contacting us;
- technical request information such as IP address, browser/device details and service logs used for security and reliability.
2. Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe or another payment processor we identify at checkout. AceHit does not store full payment-card numbers. Payment processors may collect payment, identity and billing information under their own privacy terms.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- create, authenticate and secure AceHit accounts;
- provide the correct Free, Rookie/Core or MVP/Full access;
- process and reconcile purchases, renewals, cancellations and customer-service requests;
- prevent fraud, abuse, credential sharing and unauthorized access;
- operate, diagnose and improve the reliability of the service;
- comply with legal, accounting and payment-processing obligations.
4. Cookies and session technology
AceHit uses cookies or similar browser storage when necessary for authentication, session security and core site functionality. We do not use this policy to authorize unrelated third-party advertising tracking.
5. Service providers
We may share only the information reasonably necessary with companies that help us provide AceHit, such as authentication/database infrastructure, hosting, payment processing, email/support systems, security tools and sports-data services. These providers process information for their respective services and may have their own contractual and legal obligations.
6. We do not sell personal information
AceHit does not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertisers. We do not disclose your payment information for unrelated advertising purposes.
7. Legal and safety disclosures
We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users, investigate fraud or security incidents, or enforce our Terms.
8. Data retention
We keep account and service information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including security, billing records, dispute handling and legal obligations. Certain financial or audit records may need to be retained after an account closes.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect AceHit accounts and data, including access controls and additional authentication for administrative systems. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices
You may update available profile information through your account. For questions about your personal information, access, correction or deletion requests, contact us through the Contact page. We may need to retain information where required for legal, security, billing or dispute-resolution purposes.
11. Children
AceHit is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly offer accounts to children under 18.
