1. Recurring Rookie and MVP memberships
Weekly and monthly subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the billing period you already purchased.
Canceling does not retroactively undo a billing period that has already started.
2. 24-Hour MVP Pass
The 24-Hour MVP Pass is a one-time digital-access purchase and does not renew automatically. The access window begins when successful payment is verified and ends 24 hours later.
Because access is delivered immediately, a 24-Hour Pass is generally non-refundable after access has been granted, except where required by law or where the exceptions below apply.
3. When we will review a refund request
Contact us promptly if you believe:
- you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
- the amount charged differs from the amount you authorized at checkout;
- a material AceHit technical failure prevented substantially all paid access during the purchased access window;
- the charge was unauthorized; or
- a refund is required by applicable law.
We may issue a refund, account credit or access extension depending on the circumstances. This policy does not promise a refund because a pick lost, a wager lost, sportsbook odds changed, or the customer chose not to use available paid access.
4. Renewal charges
Subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new paid period begins and access is available. If you believe a renewal occurred after a timely cancellation or was processed incorrectly, contact us so we can review the billing record.
5. How to cancel
Customers with an active recurring membership can manage billing and cancellation from their AceHit account through the secure billing portal. Cancellation will stop future renewals; it does not normally end an already-paid period early.
6. How to request billing help
Use the Contact page and include the email associated with your AceHit account plus enough information for us to identify the charge. Do not send full card numbers, bank credentials or passwords.
